Conditions Générales de vente

Art.1 - BOOKING CONDITIONS

The reservation is confirmed by deposit payment to SASU Blue Pelican Boat charter. Deposit payment constitutes acceptance of term and sales conditions.

Art. 2 - PRICES AND RESERVATION

All the prices are in Euros. The terms, réservation deposit and balance are specified in the quote and included in this reservation

Art.3 - SHIPOWNER CANCELLATION

In the event of cancellation , following damage beyond its control (technical damage, logistical damage, force major), the boat would be unavailable, Blue Pelican Boat Charter will try to suggest another date. If it is absolutely impossible to modify, Blue Pelican Boat Charter will refund the amounts paid corresponding to the reservation without the customer being able to claim other reimbursements or compensation

Art.4 - GUEST CANCELLATION :

In case of cancellation by the customer up to 7 days before the rental date, the deposit will be refunded (with deduction of any bank charges or paypal taken during the transaction) In case of guest cancellation between 6 days and the day of rental, no deposit refund by Blue Pelican Boat Charter, regardless of the reason for cancellation. In case of guest cancellation within 24 hours prior to the service or no-show on the day of rental, the guest will be required to make mandatory full payment of the rental to Blue Pelican Boat Charter

paypal prélevés lors de la transaction)
Toute annulation par le locataire entre 6 jours et le jour de la location, entrainera la
conservation par Blue Pelican Boat Charter de l’acompte versé, quelle que soit la raison de
l’annulation.
Toute annulation dans les 24 heures avant la prestation ou non présentation le jour de la location entrainera le règlement intégral de la location à Blue Pelican Boat Charter.

Art. 5 - BOOKING CONDITIONS

The customer must respect and follow the Captain's instructions, under penalty of suspension or shortening of the rental without any compensation.

Art. 6 - RESPONSABILITIES

Blue Pelican is only responsible for the good condition of the boat and its equipment. Blue Pelican cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for accidents, incidents, losses or theft occurring outside the boat on sailing. Blue Pelican disclaims all liability for the consequences of activities carried out outside the vessel.
