Terms and sales Conditions
Art.1 - BOOKING CONDITIONS
The reservation is confirmed after the payment of a deposit to Blue Pelican Boat Charter SAS.
Charter.
Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of the general conditions of sale.
Art.2 - PRICE AND BOOKING:
The prices indicated when booking are in euros.
The terms of booking, the deposit and the balance are specified in the quotes
given beforehand to the customer and included in this booking.
Art.4 - CANCELLATION BY THE SHIPWONER:
Blue Pelican will be free from liability for failing to provide the service available due to impediment (technical, logistical, force majeure) beyond its control. Blue Pelican boat Charter will endeavor to offer another date. In the event that replacement is absolutely not possible, Blue Pelican Boat Charter will refund the corresponding amount paid for the booking without the tenant being able to claim other reimbursements, damages or interest.
Art.5 - CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER:
Any cancellation by the tenant up to 7 days before the charter date results in the full refund of the amount paid (with deduction of applicable bank or PayPal fees taken during the transaction). Any cancellation by the tenant between 6 days prior and the day of the rental, will result in Blue Pelican Boat Charter retaining the amount already paid, regardless of the reason for the cancellation. Any cancellation by the tenant 24 hours before the rental or no show during the rental will result in the obligation to pay the entire rental
Art. 6 - BOOKING CONDITIONS:
The customer commits to respecting the instructions given by the captain on penalty of suspending or shortening the cruise.
Art. 7 - RESPONSABILITIES :
Blue Pelican is solely responsible for the good condition of the boat and its equipment. Blue Pelican cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for accidents, incidents, losses, or misfortunes occurring outside the vessel en route. Blue Pelican disclaims all liability for the consequences of activities carried out outside the ship.
